I was disappointed in i took my truck back for a second time. With in a week . After a having my truck totally empty if a full tank of gas. They said they were not able to say why other than a computer error and weather. It's a 21 or had to rewire it. So upset.

I am glad I did because my truck was repaired, and the body parts were adjusted correctly. I was also able to get a recall done at the same time. Thank you. As usual, the whole experience was wonderful. The right up guy was great. I was just getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I paid for it with my points. I went and sat in the waiting room, hot coffee. There was some cookies up there too. I didn’t want any, but they were there. It’s just what I would expect going there. I’ve never had a problem.

The service was fine but I do have a big problem with everything in my truck being moved. From the seat to the steering column to the mirrors to the radio station. The short distance it has to be moved to the very short time someone's in it how could this be necessary. My question is while I'm waiting for my truck to be serviced is somebody sitting in it listening to the radio?

My Trax was in for body work on the hatch, where someone backed into me and took off. When I got the car back and got home, I noticed my exterior black trim had sanding dust in its 'pores'. I had to run to West Branch to have a touchless car washing done on my car. My next project is to wash my car's interior because sanding dust is all over the interior, especially in the back of the car where the hatch latches when closed. I'm very disappointed that there was so much dust in that environment and I could not wash it by hand/mit/or car washing brush. So $17 later and cost of fuel I took it to WB to hopefully get it cleaned out. Now I have to wash down my interior and then vac and detail the interior back to where it was prior to coming in. I figure that's 2 hours of detailed work because I am that finicky about how my vehicles are kept clean and polished. I was surprised the car was left that dirty because my car was polished with a silicone wax. Typically bodyshops try to avoid getting silicones on surfaces that need painting or could be hand transferred to another surface. I worked with silicones for 20 years and they are the bain of factory and bodyshop paint booths. It must be very poorly ventilated in there. Now I have to reconsider bringing my vehicle back ever in the future, if I can take the 2 oil change and tire rotation contract I bought from Dean Arbour to another dealer- I may just do that. This was not a 10 out of 10 grade, I would say maybe 4 or 5... maybe. Be grateful I did not come in after I saw all this when I got home.

We were on vacation and realized we needed an oil change. I went to Dean Arbour chevy dealership and explained I was getting close to my 20 percent oil change and asked about getting in. We pull a 30 foot fifthwheel trailer and didn't want to push the oil change to get back home. Oversight on my part, but the service people understood and got me in. Everything was taken care of and if we lived near Tawas michigan I know who would get my business. Friendly service. Keep up the good work.

It was quick and easy to make my appointment, get the job done. As I was getting a tire rotation, I wanted to get lug nuts check after I had drined a bit. Not a problem. I was just told to come in after 50 miles. I did. It took less then 5 minutes to say why I was there have tires checked and be on my way!

We were taking our car thru the car wash and all the bells and whistles went off. It was a Saturday and we were not sure if the dealership was open but it was right across the street. We pulled in and they immediately did a computer check and cleared the error and fixed the issue. So glad we bought local and have such a great team at the dealership.
